Morning Power hour
It's time for the morning power hour session. The perfect session to wake up the children. Our coach is up nice and early to prepare the children both physically and mentally for the start of the day. Our coaches bring the fun and energy to the children at the most important part of the day.
The morning is the most important part of the day. The way a child starts the day is usually a good way to judge how the rest of the day will go. Our morning sessions are very successful in waking up and getting the children active. Our children leave our session and go straight to class with a spring in their step and a smile on their face.
According to the national sleep association, those that exercise in the morning, sleep better at night. We provide fun games, active exercises, group activities involving a multiple amount of sports. We focus on activities that raise the heart rate, get the blood flowing, spark the energy and get every child moving. Our morning classes are focused on fitness through fun activities. Exercising at the beginning of the day not only improves your fitness, but it also encourages better nutrition, lifts your mood and makes you more productive.
